FRP V Arm offers complete solution for electrical power supply. These are fixed on electric poles for transferring electric cables. Traditionally metals were used for designing the V arms, but problems like difficult handling due to their heavy weight, leakage of current, bridging effect on coastal areas and corrosion increased the cost of maintenance. FRP Blocks are manufactured by high-strength reinforcing material of fiberglass, base of thermo setting resin and continuous mat surface. These blocks are molded into a specific shape on a special pultruded mold. During the process, the FRP is treated under high temperature that activates the resin to cure.
